Oh Dude, can we talk or what? One doctor told me
it was caused by me not ejaculating enough. Another Dr.
told me ejaculate more often, because it clears out the
prostate of backed up fluids. I have had this since my
early 20’s. Spicy foods make it flare up, masturbating
even sometimes makes it flare up, other times it seems
to help it. A health food store told me SAW PALMETTO
helps. I am young to have this problem, and as we speak
I have it again. When I empty my bladder, it kinda burns
a little, and is uncomfortable. Stay away from nuts when
you have a flare up. My doctor told me this can make it
worse. Sometimes when I have a bad case of it, it
actually hurts to ejaculate. I have found that it runs its
course, and then goes away. I don’t like to take too many
antibiotics though. I can feel for you, cause I know what it
is like dude. Best of luck to you, Justin
