    It definitely could have caused damage. Did you not have it checked out as soon as it happened?

    Yes, there could be a strong correlation of the injury to chronic pelvic pain. Consider practicing some yoga (in a class) to help alleviate the pain before considering something more drastic like chiropractice, acupuncture, or medicinal or occupational therapy.
